Hello, I have been working as an early childhood educator for just over 3 years now and I wouldn't change it for the world. They say the first 5 years of a child's life is the most crucial, and I fully support that statement. I have experience with birth to 5 years and although I haven't had much experience with over 5's I am willing to learn. I have worked in long day care facilities and would really like to change it up and become a nanny. I have working with children's checks in both NSW and Vic, also first aid certificate. I am willing to do house hold duties and take care of pets. If you wish to learn more about me please don't hesitate to ask questions.

Hi Iím a fun loving young lady that strives herself on respect and compassion for others. I graduated year 12 at Catholic College Wodonga in 2017 (last year). I am young, yes. You might be wondering why I believe I would be not only suitable but responsible enough to care for your children, as I have not had children myself and not as experienced in life as you are. Well when I graduated year 12 I organised a traineeship through the employment company ATEL Wodonga, my traineeship was in Early Childhood and Care where I would receive my Cwrt III in this field. I was placed at a pre-school where I was a trainee educator caring for the ages of bubbly 5 year olds to shy 3 year olds. I have always wanted to work with children, teaching them how to be the next leaders for their generation and to support their dreams and goals. Even if it is to be a princess or a pirate, I will become the best fairy god mother or first mate to them to encourge their creativity as I believe it needs to be cherished before life becomes more than it should. I hope that this gives you a little overview of myself, my beliefs and why I might be a good choice for your family (as every family is different) Thank you for taking the time out of your day to read this

Hi There, I am an enthusiastic and highly motivated person and based on my experience and qualifications I am confident that I will be able to assist you with your children and house hold duties. I have an extensive knowledge and diverse background in Children's Services at Diploma level and I think I have the skill sets for what you are looking for. I was employed by the Albury Wodonga Community College for 34 years in two specific job roles. For 24 years I was the Early Childhood Educator of Mobile Children's Services in providing educational and quality care to rural and remote families and was involved with a variety of educational and community services during this time across Albury Wodonga. I have also had experience working with Child Protection, Family First and DHS. For the last 10 years I was the Administration Officer of the Community Early Years Childcare-South Street which included addressing all administration duties involved with running a service. I am a very dedicated, honest, caring and fun loving person in which I have always had a passion for the wellbeing care and development of children. I myself am a mother of two beautiful girls 29 & 17 years of age. I recently became redundant from my work of employment as they have shut down the children's services in the Albury Wodonga area. I am currently looking for some casual or part time work as I feel I have still more to give and I believe I'm too young to retire yet. I am very family orientated and love nothing better than doing things with my children and other family members. I love the football and tennis and enjoy scrapbooking when I have the time. I have a great sense of humour and am always up for a laugh to make someone's day better. I look forward in hearing from you and I hope this description of myself suits your needs for your family. Kindest Regards Lisa

  • Tara - 28 year old Female   Last logged on 29-Jan-2019

I graduated high school in 2008 at Wodonga Senior Secondary College. I graduated school with the following subjects; English, Psychology, Japanese, Animal Studies Cert II, Biology and Children's Services (certII). My goal was to gain employment as a trainee Veterinary Nurse as soon as I graduated. When I left school I was working 3 jobs; Family Vet Centre Boarding (as a kennel hand and dog groomer), Rastus Watermelon (part-time cafe manager as a waitress and bar tender) and ABC Learning as a casual childcare worker. I worked 3 jobs for 8 months until I gained full time employment as a trainee Veterinary Nurse at Dr.Jana's Veterinary Centre. I worked at Dr.Jana's for 3 years and during this time I gained my certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing. Staff dynamics had changed within the workplace and Jana had plans to sell the clinic so my love for the job faded due to this. I had a goal to open my own business. I researched for 8 months before opening my first store in City Walk, Albury. We reached 6 figures in the first year and at that point I decided to move the shop to Dean Street. My online store was growing rapidly and I made the decision in 2016 to close the shop and take the business 100% online. I ran the business for 12 months before deciding to sell, early 2017. After selling my business I decided to start a new business where I became a freelance social media manager, assisting businesses to grow their social media. As I was working from home, this job was quite isolating so I was offered a job at Cycle Station Albury doing data entry for their online store on a casual basis. I am a very reliable, trustworthy person and I believe I would be a good fit with any children. I am in the process of gaining my Working With Children's Check and First Aid course.
