Hi my name is Rebecca and I have been working in the childcare industry for approx five years. I have worked as a permanent staff member within a long day care center, and am now currently doing agency work for daycare centers. I have also been babysitting for many families over the past ten years.
I have my Diploma in Children's Services, Senior First Aid, Anaphilaxis awareness certificate, a current Police check, a Working with Children check and also a Food handlers certificate.
I love what I do, I find it so interesting watching and helping young children to grow and learn. I love reading stories to them in particular and I have quite an extensive collection of my own children's books as well as many other resources, I also love doing anything outdoors, I believe that there is nothing better than going for a walk to the park on a beautiful day.
I am looking for a change from my current job and I believe that the more personal experience that nannying provides would benefit me greatly as well as any family.
