Me:
I am a bubbly, active and playful person who enjoys working with kids.
Career Goal:
To assist a growing family to continue their close relationships in a safe, caring and stable environment. My own life experience has been in a very large and close extended family, living in one home for 17 years and going to only one school.
Schooling:
I went to Northside Christian College, Everton Park. For the last two years I have studied English, Maths A, Visual Art, Cert II in Sport & Recreation and Cert III in Early Childhood (at school through Charlton Brown).
This year I have learnt to drive a manual vehicle and have also obtained my recreational boating licence.
I completed a one day safe driver course at Mt Cotton.
Work Experience:
I have babysat for my cousins and friends.
For work experience, I spent two terms at Nurseryland Childcare Centre, Stafford.
Every Wednesday of this school year I have assisted my aunt in her home family care business where she cares for four children aged between six months and four years old.
I occasionally assist at my parents’ office with cleaning and food preparation.
Interests:
Creative activities (including singing and art. I have had roles in our last two school musicals ‘Beauty & the Beast’ and ‘Joseph’).
Social and school sports, participating and spectating
Hair and clothes fashion, playing with children
Travel (I’ve enjoyed Tasmania; and New Zealand three times with my family)
I had the wonderful opportunity of exchanging with our sister school in Korea and visited Hong Kong.
