Question: What if some caregivers don’t reply ?

Either they already have a job, haven’t checked their email or phone messages recently or are simply too busy. We suggest contacting a few caregivers and expect that on average only half of them will reply. You usually know from the ones who do reply that they are ready and willing to work straight away.
