Question: Does WeNeedaNanny meet the caregivers ?

No, we are only an introduction service. Our goal is to help parents and caregivers to connect but then it’s up to them to work together. We are not an agency and while we do look at each new caregiver’s profile we do not check their paperwork or interview them.
