I am a young girl full of energy who loves engaging with others preferably the children and elderly ones.I truly love spending time with others as I feel satisfied and happy on others company.I love spending time with kids and playing with them as I too have little brother and sister whose company I feel is best for me.I really get attracted towards the way the children play, laugh, take care of others.Honestly even I am young but I know how to bring smile on a child's face.I feel the moment when I see my young brother and sister laughing that's the best part of my life.Spending time with children reminisces me of my own childhood days so I really love children alot.I know the fact that playing with children only doesnot bring smile on child's facee but playing as a child with them matters alot for them.Likewise I too love spending time with elderly people as this all provides me the satisfaction in my inner core of heart. To help elderly by catching their hand and supporting them brings happiness for me.The feeling of helping and supporting others is truly wonderful in my life.

Hi all! I emigrated to sunny Austrailia to try life on the other side. I was raised by my strong willed single mother and I have 2 little sisters (not so little anymore) but I seem to have always had the urge to help and care for others. I thought it was the big sister instinct but the older I got the more I realised I wanted to work with and caring for others.I achieved my bachelors degree in health and social care while working full time. I have four years experience working in the disability sector ranging from children teenagers and adults. I worked with children with severe physical disabilities mild disabilities and children on the autism spectrum. I love the outdoors, I also believe exercise and fresh air is the best therapy! I believe I would make a great nanny as I thrive on building rapport with clients and believe in positive based outcomes.I love to work with a hands on approach. My most recent employment was in a residental care home, my role there was to asist daily independent living with multiple different factors whilst also running a day to day household. I have experience working with a family of 5. The childrens ages ranged from 2-5. I worked with this family over weekenda holidays and evenings. I also was 1.1 with another little girl ages 3 as her mother worked parttime. These experiences have stood by me in learning and gaining knowledge about children.

  • Christine R - 50 year old Female   Last logged on 26-Jun-2017

I am a mother of three grown. I love kids as they’ve brought so much joy to my life and I’ve been lucky to have worked with children for more than 25 years. During this time I’ve had extensive experience with kids aged 0-15 years old. I have formal childcare qualifications from TAFE as well as a life’s worth of personal hands-on experience from raising my own three children as well professional experience having been a primary school teacher’s aide for 15 years and a nanny for the past 10 years. In addition to my love of and experience in tending to children, I also have a particular interest and extensive knowledge of childhood development. With children who are in my care when I’m nannying, I have found great success in engaging the children in conversation and tailoring activities to suit them – this can be anything from riding their bikes, to playing on the swings, to cooking and crafting. My goal is always to make sure our time together is both special and beneficial. Having 25+ years experience in the field of Early Childhood I see myself as a professional career nanny and not as a fly by night carer wanting easy cash. I understand the challenges involved in raising children (having been a ‘mum’ to many!) including stages of weaning children onto solid foods, toilet training, discipline, separation anxiety and school readiness and right up to High School. I feel this will benefit any family who decides to appoint me as their nanny. I take my role as nanny/educator seriously and prefer to undertake positions that will enable me to establish a relationship with a family for the long term benefit of all involved. I am a responsible individual, hard working and reliable willing to undertake whatever tasks necessary to maintain a harmonious balance with the family home. I also like to spend time with you as parents in those early stages so that I can learn what’s important to you during the time that I have with your children – I’m happy to maintain any established routines and work within the parameters you set. Of course I have a Blue Card, First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Child Asthma and can offer glowing references from the families for whom I’ve worked. Looking for: Casual Evening Babysitting, Casual Weekend Babysitting, Full-time Daytime Work, Overnight Stays Education Status: Course Complete - Early Childcare at Cooloola TAFE Other Skills: Arts and crafts, games. I find an interest in anything to do with children and child's play Residency status: Permanent

Hi there! I am an active, healthy and happy woman, who is exploring the world together with my boyfriend Roelof. At this moment we are in Brisbane and planning to stay here for a couple of months. I really like to babysit your kids in the Brisbane area. My schedule is flexible, making it easy for me to plan my itinerary around your needs. I hope you will contact me, but first I tell you a little more about myself. Roelof and I are both from the Netherlands and we grew up in loving families. Roelof has two brothers and two sisters and I got 2 brothers. We both have a great relationship with them and miss them and our parents a lot. In 2011 I went to Denmark as an au pair. The family I was staying had three children and a dog. Two girls who where the age of 4 and 8 and one boy who was 10 years old. A great busy, ambitious Danish family. I ended up staying there for 9 months and had an amazing time! I was responsible for the kids and all the housekeeping and cleaning. At home, in Holland, I always did some babysitting as a job to earn some money during my study. If you like me to take care of your kids I would love to hear from you to see if I am the right fit for you. Let's have a nice coffee and meet! Just send me a message and we'll be in touch.

I am an outgoing, optimistic and amiable person with strong family and spiritual values. A mother of an 18 year old, I feel strongly about family day care in own homes rather than public day care as I have spent time in both. As a nanny in London in my twenties, I learned about children and their requirements in the home and as a teacher, I learned about their requirements in the intellectual and social context. I enjoyed my time with the children and was able to establish and adhere to routines in their care and their play times. I love small children and babies and would be able to care for them with my attitude to life, my qualifications and experience. Kind regards Leanne

Hello! I've just moved to Brisbane from England. I'm looking for work within the Brisbane area, as I have a license but no car of my own as of yet. I have over 6 years experience working with children. Mainly those with autism and various disabilities as well as mainstream children. I am a confident and outgoing person who is able to bring fun and energy to a childcare role. I love working alongside children to help them grow and develop. I worked very closely with a family back home to support their son and his 3 sisters, i was welcomed into their home and really made to feel part of the family. It was wonderful to watch their son progress and feel I had contributed towards that. I can be flexible with hours and am available for nannying and babysitting. I am also confident with newborns. I'm first aid trained as well as a qualified lifeguard, trained in epilepsy management and have a police check (from England however I have also applied for my blue card)

I'm a caring, empathetic, responsible and rational young woman who has plenty of experience caring for children from ages 3 weeks - 12 years of age. I can connect easily with children and am able to form supportive relationships that help their growth. I am creative with activities and have been taught how to teach basic reading levels. I cared for three children (3 weeks old, 3 years old, and 4 years old) 10 hours a day for 5 days a week for 3 months; this was a nanny job which involved me being alone with them for the majority of the day, attending to all their needs and creating fun educational activities to stimulate them. I am very capable of doing housework and volunteer as a food-prep worker at a local soup kitchen, which means I am very capable of cooking and preparing food; as well as maintaining high levels of hygiene. I am capable of changing nappies, bath time, reading, cleaning, and putting kids to bed. At the moment I am looking for Friday/Saturday/Sunday night work, as well as evening work during the week. I am available all evenings, and all day Wednesday and Friday. I am looking for both a regular position and casual work based on your needs. Please feel free to call, email, or text me from my profile with any questions you have. I'm a friendly, fun and intelligent young woman.

I'm a very social swede that loves to meet new people, have new experiences and strive to fulfill happiness. In my spare time I like to be active, I love to exercise and doing sports and I always have something on my agenda to fulfill. I’m now looking for a job that will keep me busy, I would love to work as much as possible and many various tasks would be appreciative. As a middle child of three girls and as a bigger sister to a 10 years younger sister I’ve learned how to take responsibility and to not be selfish. It has also taught me how to handle and solve different situations as they come, how to be good in adapting and be spontaneous. I´ve been having the opportunity to work with a lot of different people, both children and adults. As a substitute teacher in both kindergarten and preschool for children from 2-8 years, at a retirement home helping the elderly people with their everyday life and also as a coach of a hockey-school for young girls in a couple of months. I have also been working a lot with hospitality, cleaning hotel rooms and as a waitress. That’s how I learned that it is important to have structure in your work. In coaching younger people or taking care of the elder ones you have to know what you are doing all the time so that their loved ones always trust you. It has taught me to always put myself in to what I am doing to a 100%, and to always take my job seriously. And that good communication and teamwork is a very important key to success in whatever you do. With my different jobs I also got to test my stress resistance. Both working with young girls training hockey, restaurant and especially at the sports Arena where it could come a group of 50 people at the same time needing my attention and help. You are most welcome to contact me for further information or if you need any references or contact information’s. Looking forward to have the opportunity to work for you!

I would love to build a strong relationship with kids so that they can enjoy their time with me. I am available on weekends, outside of school hours and during the school holidays. This September, I get my license but am able to catch public transport to and from.

Hi there! I am currently looking for part-time work as a caregiver for children of all ages. Although I am young, I have a lot of experience looking after children due to my mother’s family day care business being run from our home and my large network of family and friends. My love for children stems from my mother who has been a carer for over 11 years and has passed down a lot of knowledge to me. I have plenty of experience in putting kids to sleep, feeding and bathing them and planning fun activities throughout the day. I am a very organised person and I am able to stick to or implement a solid daily routine. I have also babysat children from my mother’s Day care (aged 0-4) as well as family friends (aged 5-9) and family members (aged 1-3). I love to be outside, planning fun activities and games to play with the kids, I am also a certified Junior Football Queensland coach and have coached kids specifically aged 5-14. I chose to be a coach to not only share my passion for Football (or soccer) but for outdoor exercise. I am a very honest, caring, hard-working and reliable person that has a genuine passion for working with children. Although I am naturally an out- going and bubbly person I am also calm and very patient which I believe is essential when caring for young ones. I also have excellent communication skills that I have developed through working for companies such as Mecca Maxima and Boost Juice. Taking pride in my presentation is very important to me and I make sure to always be presented well. I have my driver’s license and will be getting my own car in the near future so I will be able to pick-up or drop- off if needed. I am currently available full-time until I begin my diploma of building design and diploma of interior design and decoration on the 10th of July. My part-time availability from the 10th of July onwards is as follows: Monday: 2:30/3:30pm- late Tuesday: 3:30/4:30pm- late Wednesday: N/A Thursday: Fully available Friday: Fully available Weekends: Fully available If you feel like I could be a great fit for your family I’d love to hear from you! Hi mums and dads!! I am gradúated industrial engineer ! I'm a dependable, polite , healthy and energetic Argentinean girl. Also I'm a positive and patient but can be extrict if needed. I love playing with children and spend time with them. Also I love cooking and I am a massive fan outdoors. I worked as babysitter of four year old child. I had to preapare afternoon tea, attended after school activities, help him with homework, read some stories at night and helped his mom to keep the house tidy and clean. Being with children is not only a job for me, I really enjoy. Furthermore, backhome I was part of ' fundación si' and I dedicated my saturdays to go to play and give lessons to children between 4 and 12 years old.

Above all I promise to be hard working and sincere and all I ask in return is you give me a chance, i will not you down. I aim to change the world, so i hope you can be a part of this change with me. Hello everyone! I am a science graduate from UQ, who has been nannying for over 6 years in both a full-time and part-time/casual capacity. It is my intention to become a paediatrician; hence my interest in nannying throughout my studies :) I am a fun, friendly and caring person with extensive experience babysitting, nannying and tutoring. I have experience with children aged 6 weeks to 15 years, employed as anything from a full-time, live in nanny for a 4 year old boy, 60 hour weeks looking after four young boys, to the odd casual babysitting job for several families. Several of my roles have spanned the past 5 years and, as you could imagine, myself and those families have a very close, almost 'family' like relationship. Many of my regular clients have been told of me by word of mouth, however have also been represented by nanny agencies. My duties have included school pick-ups and homework help, driving to/from various activities and day care, general house hold duties and mothers help, meal preparation and of course, just making sure the kids have fun. In addition to studying and nannying, I have been a volunteer leader at the Kenmore Baptist Church for over 7 years and have volunteered in paediatric theatre at the Wesley Hospital. I have both a clean drivers license and car, as well as a blue card/police check and first aid/CPR qualifications. If you are interested in knowing more, please feel free to contact me :) I am more than happy to send through my CV and to provide references.

I am Brazilian woman, just arrived in Brisbane. I am here to study and also need and want to work. I am a very honest and sincerly person and the most important thing is that I am always very engaged in everything I do. I am studying from 9:00 am until 15:00 pm and for that reason, I am looking for a part time job. I have availability to work every day, even on Saturday and Sunday.I can do the housework also. My background as babysitter is the folowing: - from 1996 to 2001, during my college, I worked as babysitter during the weekend and holidays to earn money to pay my studies. I worked for a several families, always tooking care of childrens above 3 years old. It`s important to say that I have no experience with new born and children under 3 years old. From 2002 until 2009, I didn`t work as babysitter. - in 2010 I went to United States to study and It was the first time I worked with children. At that time, I worked for a nice family who had 2 children: a boy (6 years old) and a girl (4 years old). My main responsablities were: preparing, serving and feeding meals, bathing and dressing, and assisting them with daily activities. Often tidied the children's room. Took the children out for walks, played games with them and kept a watchful eye while they were entertaining themselves to make sure they were safe. I worked for this family for 6 months. After that, back to Brazil, I had my "official" work, but during the weekends and holidays, I worked with a several families in my city, always with the responsabilities described above. I am fun, have good sense of humor and patient with children.

I'm a fun, confident, energetic, English girl who loves working with children. All my life I have worked with children and I love having new experience to help me learn new skills for the future. As I'm fun, children adapt to me quick and enjoy the games I play with them. I'm currently an Au Pair but only doing this two days a week. I need something to fit in with my schedule. I need work on weekends or mon/ tue/wed. I'm a hard worker and would also do little chores around the house to help the parents out. I would love to have the opportunity to work with your family and be a good nanny to your children. As I love working with children, I'm passionate for this job and would love to show you the skills I have.

I've also worked for 5 months at a nursery for two year olds before I received my banking position. I want to pursue a career that helps the community in some way - possibly teaching or in social work; both focussed on children. I love kids and during my time in Brisbane I would love to help out some new families. :)

  • Bethany C - 19 year old Female   Last logged on 07-Jun-2017

Hi, I'm Bethany! I am currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology. I am one of six children and have been brought up helping my Mother care for my two younger siblings. This includes regular babysitting, playing with the kids, cooking, feeding, bathing, assistance in getting them ready for school/bed, etc. I have also regularly been involved in teaching Sunday School at my church, which involves playing with and teaching a group of young children (approximately 3-7 year old's) for a four week period. In high school I had the privilege of doing a week of work experience at Geebung Special School, where my younger sister had previously attended preschool. In my week of work experience there, I had the opportunity to learn many skills for childcare. More recently, I have been leading on Christian Youth Camps held at Burliegh Heads. These camps run for a week and can have anywhere from 30 to 90 kids on site. I had been a leader on both junior (grades 4 to 6) and senior camps (grade 7 to 12). I have usually been caring for around six kids at a time, in which we spend the whole week together. My responsibilities are primarily ensuring that they are safe, as well as making sure they have a great time. This includes safety to do with meal times, making sure they are getting enough water, walking around the beach and national parks, participating in activities, getting enough sleep, and showing love and respect to all the other campers. I really love caring for kids and am quite flexible with most arrangements. If we are in contact prior to February 2017, I am very happy and willing to arrange my university timetable in order to suit you. I am quite energetic, I love to sing and dance and will try everything to entertain your children. I am happy to cook and clean for you, and hopefully I will very shortly be obtaining my licence and my own car, in order to be able to do school pick ups/drop offs! Thank you so much for taking the time to read my profile! - Bethany

Hello, i chose Brisbane as a destination for the 8 months to come! I do not regret it's beautiful. I am a very active person, I love fitness, walks, healthy food and I move everywhere in velo In the world of work I am head waitress and head bartender in france. but here, I chose to be that waitress. At the moment I work a kitchenhand in a French bakery and I try to render service the other days. That's why I'm on "we need a nanny" I propose to help you in your daily life with the children or the elderly or you help to prepare a meal or the household spots that you did not have time to make. Ironing, dishes, cleaning ... My English is bad, I am improving from day to day with my French accent. But I can help all your children to their duty! The mathematics are universal or even the writing for the little ones. But hey ... the main thing is to take care of the kids, the amusers find them fun and playful games. (Not only in front of the tv) Do not hesitate to contact me if you need

I have spent approximately 3 years working in outside school hours care where I was responsible for planning and implementing a range of activities with the focus on learning through play. I have been studying a Bachelor of primary education in New Zealand and am over 2/3 of the way through but decided I wanted to take some time out to refocus and use the skills and knowledge in a practical setting. I have a warm, bubbly, caring personality, with a passion for the positive engagements and beneficial interactions for all children I engage with. Because of my university training in combination with my hands on experience gives me all the tools I need to support the growth and development of the children within my care. I hope to find a family that is warm and welcoming, and will benefit from my skills and experience.

Hi, I am an Indian girl adopted by an Italian family. I would like to be a babysitter because I like very much children. I have the experience with the kids since I was small and I was in the orphanage and I looked after my parents' friends' babies and children and my little cousins (they are 3 and 6). I spent some weeks in two different families in Switzerland for 2 weeks in the first (I was 11 years old and the two little girl were 6 and 9) and 3 weeks in the second (when I was 16 and the two little girl were 5 and 7), and now 6 months here in Brisbane. I can be babysitter only on the weekends at any time (for the hours I do not have any poblem) because during the week I study. I can help also with some light homeduties and cooking if there will be the necessity. In my free time I like very much to stay with my family, my friends and my pets. Usually I go outside with my mates, my sister, my dog. Sometimes we watch a movie all together or do shopping or just walking and talking. I like very much to listening music, especially Bollywood songs and classical music, reading a book and playing with my pets, drawing and painting. With the children I can do any kind of activity: go out for a walking, drawing or painting, cooking, playing different game (in the house or outside), I can help them with the homework and have fun in the way that they want. I don't have the First Aid Certification but before coming in Australia I attended a course about it and I have some knowledge. I have the driver's license but I prefer to not drive here because I do not have enough experience with the car and also because the road signs are a little bit different from the Italian one and because you drive on the right part of the road.

Dear Mr/Mrs I have attached my CV to support my application. I've already gained some work experience as and with these jobs, I learned how to adapt to each person's expectations. I am responsible, punctual, reliable and fast learner. I have a friendly personality and good communication skills. Besides, I am a fun girl, loves to play, patient, loves children and pets, loves to talk and cook. Due to my willingness to work and learn, I am highly motivated to fulfill a challenging role in this field. With my attention to detail and being driven to work hard, I can offer efficient support to your family. In a first experience, I had the pleasure of working with a Family with a 3 year old and several pets. My responsibilities were to take care of the child, to carry out interactive activities and to be attentive to the educational routine of the child. Besides, I cooked and cared for the pets. In 2016, before I came to Brisbane, I worked in a primary school with Room Assistant. My responsibilities were to help the teacher to help the children, help with food, play and observe the children's behavior. In Brisbane I have experience as a House cleaner, cleaning houses of many Families. My responsibilities are General cleaning, dusting, trash removal an vacuuming. All work is done in the way to please the customer. I had the opportunity to work on volunteer events together with CPL (Choice, Passion, Life), which provides us with a life-long learning experience. I consider myself a quick learner, open-minded and very responsible. I also pride myself on being creative, eager to learn, motivated and flexible. If you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Hi! I have been teaching children dance, drama and music for over 8 years now. I also have extensive babysitting and nanny experience - I was also a nanny the USA. I also just returned from teaching in schools across Africa. Please see my video here ( I would love to be more than a nanny for your children, I would love to help them with their creative development, motor skills and reading/comprehension. I feel very confident in my ability to not only care & love your children but also help them flourish into the special little beings they are. I have also worked with disadvantaged children, indigenous children and youth with disabilities. If you have a special request to do art, dance or music with your children, please let me know. For these specialty activity hours, my rate will be $35. If it is to just look after the children, take them to places, bathe them, make them lunch etc, my rate will be $25. Although my rate may be higher than what you're after, I promise it's because I'm providing so much more than just a nannying service. Would love to chat further, meet up to talk about your needs and meet your gorgeous children. I also have my blue card, senior first aid and CPR and open driving license. Looking forward to hearing from you.

I would love to hear from you, so we can learn more about each other and see if I'm the nanny for you! ** Regarding hours, I also have a part time job where I work on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday so I would be unavailable after 12pm on these days. Hello, I am a qualified childcare professional dedicated to providing a loving, safe and fun environment for all children. I am a government-approved/registered nanny in case your family is eligible for the CCB or CCR rebates. I have a Certificate III in 'Children's Services', an ABN and Public Liability Insurance (Nanny Insurance) cover for up to $20 million. I also have current First Aid/CPR certificates and a Working With Children Check (Blue Card). I have an Open Driver's license with a clean driving record and my own vehicle, which has one car seat fitted by a professional fitter. I also have a medical certificate confirming optimum physical and mental health to provide child care. I have 8 years experience as a professional nanny. I have worked for 10 families with a total of 21 children, ranging from the ages of 10 months to 8 years old. I was born and raised in Australia but I began my nanny career in Europe and quickly learned that I had a passion for childcare and am well-suited to the work. Having been a nanny/tutor in Europe and then continuing the work here in Australia, I have learned a lot about the industry and about different family cultures. I am an honest and responsible person with a very strong work ethic. I am flexible to fit in with, and adapt to, a family's culture, routine and style of discipline. I truly love my job and this joy makes it easy to be a hard worker. This is my career, rather than a part-time job to pass the time. It is with this passion that I will give your children the care and attention they deserve. I believe children learn best through play and exploration while being able to feel safe and nurtured. I am very loving and warm in my interactions with children but can also distinguish when discipline is needed and then administer it appropriately and patiently. I aim for each child to engage in social, physical, creative and cognitive play every day. A few things to know about me: I have also trained in acting and dancing and find my creative personality well-suited to childcare. I also find that children tend to like my sense of humour. I can also utilize my other skills, such as yoga, meditation, baking and other languages and work these into a daily routine if you wish. Also, I am a non-smoker, non-drinker and am committed to living a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy being creative and being in nature. I care about the environment and believe in such things as sustainable living and healthy lifestyle choices for adults and children. My other passions are nutrition, health and painting. I am seeking part-time work and, as I am not a student, I prefer to fill my work week with whole days, as opposed to morning/afternoon split shifts. I would feel comfortable with a family who understands that I take pride in my work and can make well-informed decisions. In saying that, I do enjoy having guidance from parents so that I know they are happy with the care I am providing. I carry out all tasks at work with one thought: "If this was my child, what would I do?". I understand that your children are your pride and joy and you need to feel comfortable leaving them with someone who will help raise them to have strong self-confidence and self-esteem, to be grounded and above all else, kind. If you believe that I could work well with your family, I would be very pleased to hear from you. Thank you for your time.

Hi! I am also a qualified Speech Pathologist, having just graduated at the end of 2016. I currently work as a nanny on Saturday mornings, for a large family (6 kids!) Their ages are 6, 7, 9, 10, 11 and 13. I have been with this family since before the youngest was born, and have been lucky enough to integrate and form a very close bond with the children. Since graduating from uni, I am now available all week and am hoping to find another family I can join in a similar role. I really enjoy working as a nanny because it allows me to act like the big kid that I am while also nurturing the educational, emotional and cognitive development of little minds. As a degree qualified speech pathologist I have a thorough understanding of childhood development, and as such I always aim to provide learning opportunities through play. My additonal work experience includes child care assistant and teacher aide work. I have quite a lot of experience working with children with special needs, in particular with down syndrome and autism. I am happy to nanny for children with or without special needs, however I am not trained to perform high-care duties. I am very easy going, and am happy to perform most duties including care, play, homework help, errands, day trips, school runs, light household cleaning, pet care, bathing, changing, and basic snack/meal preparation. My cooking skills are not the greatest but I am open to learning if this is required. I am a local to Brisbane myself, so am happy to consider live in or live out arrangements. However I do require an hourly rate (not just straight work / accommodation swap) as I have car loan repayments etc to make. Additional skills include basic knowledge of Australian Sign Language. As I am a speech pathologist I am able to provide basic communication support for children who use sign, AAC devices, or require help with other areas of communication however it should be noted that in this role I am not offering to provide therapy sessions. I hold an open drivers license, have my own vehicle and first aid, CPR, blue card etc. If you are looking for a reliable, friendly and educated person to help care for your children and feel that I would be a good fit I would love to hear from you!

Dear family, I live in Beijing (which is the capital city in China), and I have applied Queensland University of Technology on June,2017. I come from a family of 4. My little sister is 7 years old, and in her second year of primary school in Beijing. My first language is Chinese, and I am also fluent in English. I started learning English in primary school, and it was also the language of instruction in the secondary school I attended. I have in addition been taking courses taught in English at university foundation year. When it comes to child care experience, I have looked after children in both formal and informal contexts. I spent about six-month internship period working in a company in Beijing which is called Babystep. It is a new brand and offers thousands of videos made by a team of childhood development experts with decades of research and practice. My duty is to upload new videos and post relevant articles in eight different platforms. By operating this, I gain plenty of knowledge about how to take care of children. Among others, my parents are quite busy, and I am the best person to drop off and pick-ups of my little sister. I provided after-school tuition to her. Sometimes, I also organized for her and took part in recreational indoor and outdoor activities. We also visited the public library, did some handcrafts. In addition, I also spend a lot of time playing with my two younger siblings, Shaowen and Qiqi (aged 8 and 7 years), so I can comfortably say that I sincerely enjoy spending time with children. I think live with native family is the best way to fit in a strange city as well as learn about local culture instead of live in apartment. I am easy-going optimistic and independent . I like doing exercises such as jogging, swimming, riding a bicycle, playing badminton and so on. After having the experience of being an Au pair, I believe that I will get the knowledge of some new cultures and know how to get along with different kinds of people. Then I’d like to share my Au pair experience to people around me and use this experience to my life. Thank you very much for your interest in my application!

Hello! I am originally from the UK and currently living in Bardon, Queensland. Whilst studying Education at University in England I worked as a nanny for two years (1 girl and 1 boy), which I truly found to be the most rewarding job I have had. My job roles included including driving the children to and from school, preparing meals and providing full days/weeks of care during the school holidays. I also have 1 year in total of experience working in nursery schools with children ages between 4 months and 4 years. Since then I have been travelling whilst working as a diving instructor with the hope to work as a nanny in different parts of the world. I consider myself to be a healthy individual with an active personality and a friendly and caring attitude. Thank you in advance for your consideration!

I have the Diploma in Childcare from TAFE, and have worked several years as a childcare worker with all ages, but mostly under 3’s. I am patient, caring, flexible, fun and try to focus on activities for the children that they are interested in and enjoy. All the children I have cared for have turned out to be very happy, positive and well behaved, with excellent language and social skills.
