Hi parents! I'm a second year uni student at Deakin university! I'm originally from the Mornington peninsula but have moved to Richmond to be closer to uni. I have free time during the week around my uni timetable so I'm looking to make some extra money by doing casual nannying and babysitting. I have been babysitting since I was around 15-16, have grown up with 3 other siblings, younger cousins and family friends so have experience with lots of children before. I find myself to be a bubbly, caring and trustworthy person which is key in the role of being responsible for children. I also have my WWCC, first aid, license and a new safe car. Look forward to hearing from you!

Dear whom ever it may concern, The importance of educating the next generation can not be understated as the future depends on it. I know this sounds like a dramatic expression of the truth but it is the reason I want to teach. This is why I am currently undergoing a Masters of Teaching and I have completed a Bachelor of International Development. I am very passionate about helping the world heal itself, this is why I studied International Development. This gave me the skills to improve my understanding of different cultures and diversity. It also gave me insight into the world of development and exposed me to the hundreds of different opinions on what Development should be. I believe that International Development is dependant on education. We cannot improve the world if it does not learn how fix itself. I have always enjoyed being around children. While I was still at school and university I was a swimming and netball coach. Then as apart of my degree I volunteered in India and Samoa, working with children in schools and meeting inspiring women. This experience gave me insight into how education and childhood is experienced in different countries. It was interesting to see the different attitudes, techniques and reactions of the children. I learnt that a communities contribution to development and education is vital to its success within that community. Since finishing my degree I have moved to the UK to work as an Au Pair and travelled. This has given me my greatest insight into needs of children and the necessary skills to meet these needs. I have taken care of children between the ages of 3 to 12 and have loved watch them grow and develop. My favourite aspect of this job is watching them achieve new goals. I would love to continue helping children learn and enjoy their education and I would be very grateful for a opportunities you could offer that would help me do this.

I have vast experience as a professional Nanny to babies and children of all ages. I am one of the fortunate ones as I adore babies and children and enjoy my job immensely. Presently I am looking to fill 4-5 days a week as both children I looked after are now attending kinder and school full time. I have been with this family for 9 years as well as having other families I work for on a casual basis. I am also available to do any evening and weekend work if needed. You would certainly have peace of mind as the babies and children that are in my care are well looked after and shown much love and affection. I have a great passion for my job and have a natural empathy with babies and children and consider myself lucky that I can look after them on a daily basis as their mum and/or dad would. It also gives me great pleasure to assist families with any household duties that needs to be done to alleviate any extra work for the parents. I am also mindful of how important it is to have activities planned for children whether it be indoors or outdoors. I know how important is to nurture and help them develop at their various stages in life. If you think I could be of some assistance to your family I would only be too happy to meet up at some stage and have a chat.

I am experienced childcare worker. With all my checks and a communications degree and childcare certificate. I have run my own family day care business for six years in Perth which I loved, but moved to Melbourne this year as my fiancée is a Melbourne boy! My past clients and friends and family describe me as personable, capable, reliable and a good balance of firm but also loving toward children of all ages. I've worked with newborns up to young teens. I have three sisters and seven nieces/nephews so am all too familiar with children. I know how trusting parents must be welcoming a new carer to their home and life and to care for their most precious loved ones.
